That's why we work hard to get every order packed, shipped, and delivered to your door as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping at Jersey Slime Studio 38!

 

01 WHERE WE SHIP

Jersey Slime Studio 38 proudly ships to all addresses across the United States. We are continuously working to expand our reach so that more slime lovers everywhere can enjoy our magical creations. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us directly through our Contact Us page and we will do our very best to assist you!

 

02 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed on the Jersey Slime Studio 38 website are carefully processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During high-demand periods such as new slime collection launches, holiday seasons, or special promotional events  processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will communicate any delays to you as promptly and transparently as possible. Rest assured, your slime is always worth the wait! 

 

03 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We partner with trusted and reliable carriers to ensure that every Jersey Slime Studio 38 order arrives safely and on time. At checkout, you will be presented with the available shipping options for your delivery location and order.

04 SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order size, total weight, and delivery destination. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase no hidden fees, no surprises, just smooth and transparent checkout all the way!

05 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been packed up with love and shipped out, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package's journey in real time. We recommend saving this email so you can check your slime's progress whenever curiosity strikes and we know it will! 

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If it's still nowhere to be found, reach out to our team and we will investigate and update you right away.

 

06 INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please double-check all shipping details carefully before completing your order we want your slime to land exactly where it should! Jersey Slime Studio 38 cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

If you realize an error has been made immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at the details below. We will do everything we can to make corrections before your order is dispatched. However, once processing has begun, changes may not always be possible so please act quickly!

 

07 LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We take great care in packaging every single Jersey Slime Studio 38 order to ensure it arrives in perfect, ready-to-play condition. However, we understand that occasional issues can arise during transit that are simply beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged, here's what to do:

• Take clear photos of the damaged item and all packaging
• Keep all original packaging materials
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your photos and order number

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date. Our team will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange the best possible resolution whether that's a replacement shipment or a full refund, we've got you covered!

 

08 UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, an unclaimed package, or refusal of delivery, our team will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-sent orders. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued for the product cost minus any original shipping fees that were incurred.

 

09 DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

While we always do our absolute best to meet every estimated shipping and delivery window, Jersey Slime Studio 38 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control. These may include adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, peak seasonal demand, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a significant delay, we will reach out to you as transparently and quickly as possible because keeping you informed is always our priority.

 

10 GIFT ORDERS

Sending slime as a gift? How fun!  If you are placing an order as a gift for someone special, please ensure you enter the recipient's correct shipping address at checkout. We currently include a packing slip with all orders if you would like this omitted for a gift order, simply let us know in the order notes at checkout and we'll take care of it for you!

 

11 CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Jersey Slime Studio 38 reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in our operations, carrier partnerships, or applicable regulations. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and will take effect immediately upon publication. We encourage you to review this policy periodically  especially before placing a new order  to ensure you are always informed of our current shipping practices.
