Every slime at Jersey Slime Studio 38 is crafted with creativity and care. We make every effort to accurately represent our products through descriptions, photos, and ingredient details on our website. However, please note that colors and textures may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you promptly to offer a suitable alternative, store credit, or a full refund whichever works best for you.
03 PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices listed on our website are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at our discretion. 05 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Jersey Slime Studio 38 ships to all addresses within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow every step of your slime's journey to your door!
06 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want every single customer to love their Jersey Slime Studio 38 experience! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging with all seals intact
- Reported within 14 days of delivery
Returns or exchanges are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet these conditions. Unless the issue was on our end, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Simply reach out to us and our friendly team will guide you through the whole process!

By joining the Slime Club, you agree to the specific membership terms outlined on the Slime Club page, including any subscription fees, renewal terms, and member benefits applicable at the time of sign-up. Jersey Slime Studio 38 reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue Slime Club benefits at any time with reasonable notice provided to active members.
09 AVAILABLE BOOKINGS & EVENTS
Jersey Slime Studio 38 offers bookable slime-making experiences, parties, and events. By making a booking through our Available Bookings page, you agree to our event-specific terms including booking deposits, cancellation policies, and group size requirements. All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected customers will be offered a full refund or alternative booking date.
10 USER CONDUCT
When using our website, we ask that you engage respectfully and responsibly. You agree not to submit false or fraudulent orders, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, misuse or disrupt our platform in any way, or use our website for any purpose other than legitimate personal shopping, membership, or event booking.
